The "Communication Excellence Series®" includes a series of 4 professional development courses:

​

1) Presenting with Impact Course

Standing up and reciting information while others passively listen and perhaps take notes is the common traditional presentation style that does not really work to teach, inspire, or motivate an audience. An effective presentation aims to change the audience and get them to think or act differently by truly engaging them with a clear focused message, logical arguments and compelling visuals combined with a passionate delivery that evokes emotions. This program will provide a guiding framework to teach others how to design, build and deliver compelling high impact presentations by following simple innovative design concepts from the initial design stage and creating the structure of the presentation to researching and building impeccable slides and visuals as well as ensuring a confident, passionate and professional live delivery.

2) Communicating with Impact Course

This training program focuses on the most essential communication skills needed for the challenging and competitive working environment of today. It starts off with a fun exercises that will put the your listening skills to the test and lay the ground for many of the concepts throughout the program. From active listening to properly utilizing the power of questions and using language that engages others. You will learn a communication model that will enable you to communicate more clearly, confidently, and effectively, build better rapport and improve their overall communication with others.

3) Negotiation for Results Course

Negotiating is a part of everyday life. We negotiate in our work, with our friends, and even our family members. In this class, you will learn what negotiation is and how to get the most from their personal negotiations. You will discover your own personality style and how to negotiate effectively with other personality styles. Participants will also discover four strategies for negotiating, and how to apply the four step process for successfully negotiating with other parties.

4) Conflict Resolution Course

Conflict is inevitable, we've all had conflict situations in the past and probably will have them in the future. This training program will teach you or help you teach others how to more confidently deal with workplace conflict situations. Participants will discover how conflict situations can be turned around into opportunities , they will explore and practice a conflict resolution process to more successfully handle workplace conflict.
